Terms and Conditions for Deposit Loss Due to Non-Attendance at a Booked Online Meeting:

1. Reservation and Confirmation:
   a. By booking an online meeting through the designated platform, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
   b. Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the meeting, including the date, time, and any applicable commitment fee requirements.

2. Deposit Requirement:
   a. Meetings require a commitment fee to secure your reservation.
   b. The commitment fee amount (€20) will be clearly communicated during the booking process and in the confirmation email.
   c. The commitment fee serves as a guarantee of your attendance and commitment to the scheduled meeting.
   d. The €20 commitment fee will be 100% REFUNDABLE after your attendance for the consultation. 

3. Commitment Fee Forfeiture:
   a. The commitment fee serves as compensation for the organizer's time, effort, and potential loss due to your non-attendance.
   b. The commitment fee will not be refunded or credited toward future meetings in the event of non-attendance.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:
   a. In case of unforeseen and exceptional circumstances preventing your attendance, such as a medical emergency or force majeure, you must notify the Mariano Club staff immediately on +356 77040747.
   b. The Mariano Club Staff will evaluate such cases on an individual basis, and a refund or credit may be granted at their discretion.

6. Organizer's Discretion:
   a. The Mariano Club Staff reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, including the deposit requirement and cancellation policy.
   b. Any changes made will be communicated to you through phone call or via email.

7. Refunds and Disputes:
   a. Refunds or credits will only be issued in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or as deemed appropriate by the Mariano Club Staff.

8. Limitation of Liability:
   a. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to your non-attendance or deposit forfeiture, except where required by applicable laws.

9. Governing Law:
    a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the meeting organizer operates.

By booking an online meeting and paying the required commitment fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
