Bounty Cup

  • 40g oats

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 60g banana

  • 150ml unsweetened coconut milk drink

  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut

  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut

  • 20g dark chocolate

  1. Cook all the ingredients (except chocolate) until it thickens and transfer to a small bowl.

  2. Put the bowl in the fridge. When the oats have cooled add the melted chocolate on top.

  3. Put back in the chocolate until the chocolate has hardened.

Enjoy the fresh guilt-free ‘Bounty’ :)
